Trout salmon from Minamisanriku is soaked in Jiuqu and aged, and then soaked in homemade soy sauce.
The surface is fragrantly roasted and sliced a little thicker than normal.
It goes best with Japanese sake and rice.

●Salmon Rice Bowl
Before you eat it, simply defrost it in the chiller and serve it on warm Japanese Rice. Each pack has 5 to 6 slices which is just the right portion for 1 person.
This additive-free smoked mackerel is made using the cold smoking method, which does not raise the temperature to bring out the best of the mackerel from Miyagi Prefecture.
The mackerel’s high quality fat melt in the mouth and gives it an outstanding taste.
The 65g portion is pre-sliced and ready to eat, or if you prefer, to use for cooking.
