Hassaku Matsuri

Hassaku Matsuri is a festival has a 250-year history. People have been praying for good harvest and prosperous business. Huge Artworks of about 4m, made of natural resource and made by local groups can be seen. People walks around with the art works around the town.

Large structures made of natural materials have various characters and themes, and they are exhibited in various parts of the town outside the festival period. The stone arch bridge, “Tsujun Bridge,” is famous for its water discharge.
