It is one of the three major festivals in Kyushu and has a history of 380 years. On the 22nd, there will be an eve called “Goya”, and in the arcade, there will be a display of Kasabokoko, an umbrella with flowers, halberd and others, which is dedicated to the festival, and a stage of traditional performing arts.
At the main festival on the 23rd, a gorgeous “God parade” designated as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage will be performed in various places.
